Our Team

At Tribes Restaurant we are very proud of our loyal and dedicated staff members. We have been fortunate to have many work with us since we opened in July 2005.

Taking charge in the kitchen is co-proprietor Francois Jacusse with Vincent Fratessi and Stephen MacCafferty completing the team.

Co-proprietor John Walsh heads up our front of house. Helping him maintain our high standard of service is Helen Lu (Assistant Manager) and Petra.
