Tribes Restaurant, the brainchild of restauranteurs Paul Foley and John Walsh, opened in July 2005 in the heart of Glasthule village. The focus was on creating a casual bistro producing food of the highest quality.

The food at Tribes Restaurant can be described as contemporary European with a strong French influence. Our team of chefs with Francois Jacusse as head chef are dedicated to sourcing local, seasonal produce. This seasonality creates an interesting variety to our menus throughout the year.

The restaurant is open 7 nights a week from 5.30pm. Our commitment to offering excellent value is evident in our All Night Early Bird available Monday to Sunday.
